   -  Personal financial assets to create an employment opportunity for themselves and maintain themselves & family                 members

   -  Participate at a world-class level in cultural activities or athletics

   -  Farming is a highly skilled and capital-intensive industry with real estate making up 54% of an average farmer's             assets

   -  Intend to create own job in Quebec

   -  Net worth $100,000 (alone or with spouse or common-law partner)

   -  Have at least 2 years of experience as a self-employed worker in the last 5 years
